What data we process and why

This website collects personal data only when you fill in the contact form: name, e-mail, phone number (optional) and your message. We use them only to reply to your request, on the basis of your consent and of the pre-contractual steps you ask for (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).

Retention

Messages are kept in the controller’s mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and in any case for no more than 24 months, unless the law requires otherwise.

Recipients

Your data are not disclosed or sold to third parties. They may be processed by the hosting and e-mail provider, acting as data processor.

Cookies and third-party tools

This website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics. Fonts and icons are served by the website itself, with no connections to external services.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to the processing, by writing to info@ronsisvalle.it. You can withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
