C.O.A.C.H and its training has been my vision since I became a coach, and I became a coach to fulfil this vision and bring coaching in education.
I trust education can be very powerful with the right tools and a mindful approach, positive energy and willingness to change.
I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and in the Italian ICF Chapter Board I’m in charge of training.

I have been a leader, now I am a consultant, trainer and coach. From my point of view, teachers are the most important leaders in the world. They teach values and change for the future. Teachers can support the next generation in their development, hope and the ability to change. I believe that teachers by using coaching, their knowledge and values, can support pupils and students to reach their goals, be loyal to their own values and make the changes. they will see in their lives and in their environment. This is way I attended C.O.A.C.H as a trainer. I have been an ICF Master Certified Coach and Mentorcoach since 2005. I have been an assessor with ICF Global since 2009.

C.O.A.C.H is one way in which I disseminate my experience and learning to enable us to live in and develop a world of peace and empowerment to which people want to belong. I look after content development, quality and research for the COACH project as well as supervising and developing the faculty. I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a global assessor. I direct post graduate coaching programmes for 3 universities and am passionate about new beginnings
